Doing Better Together

DOING BETTER TOGETHER

Mohawk maintains a commitment to our neighbors, supporting organizations that make our communities better places to live and work. We are, after all, in this thing together.

Specify For a Cure

For more than a decade, Mohawk has been a consistent supporter of Susan G. Komen® with our Specify for a Cure® and Decorate for the Cure® programs. Since 1982, Komen has led a global movement to raise money and awareness for groundbreaking research, community outreach and advocacy in the fight against breast cancer.

Employee Training

For the past seven years, Mohawk has ranked among the top 125 training organizations by Training Magazine and in 2012 was part of the elite top five category. This prestigious ranking reflects our commitment to organizational development, from the plant floor to the C-suite. Through our training efforts we have created an environment where individuals can grow and thrive—personally and professionally.

United Way

For almost forty years, Mohawk has partnered with more than a dozen United Way™ chapters to help make our local communities better places to live. Through corporate gifts, generous employee contributions, and many hours of volunteer work, Mohawk has helped children, families in need and the elderly enjoy a better quality of life.

Mohawk Carpet Foundation

Each year, the Foundation awards grants to dozens of non-profit organizations in communities where we make our products, with the goal of improving quality of life for our people and their families.

Floor Covering Industry Foundation

Mohawk is the single largest financial supporter of the Floor Covering Industry Foundation, which is dedicated to financially assisting men and women who work in or have worked in the floor covering industry and face financial hardship due to illness, severe disabilities or other life-altering hardships.

SUPPORTING OUR VETERANS

Mohawk is proud to be part of the effort to support America's heroes through in-kind product donations to worthwhile veterans organizations, including Operation Finally Home and Building for America’s Bravest.
