What We Take Back
Our Recover Recycling Program accepts all carpet tile, broadloom, carpet pad, LVT, laminate, sheet vinyl, and VCT. We divert any manufacturer's flooring, not just ours, from landfills through our network of reclamation partners across North America, so long as it meets the type and condition requirements.

How it Works
Mohawk Group has a nationwide network of recycling partners, allowing us to find a partner for any project in the United States and Canada.
1. Fill out the reclamation form on our website, email us at reclaim@mohawkind.com, or call us at 1.877.373.2925.
2. We respond with an all-inclusive quote in 24-48 hours.
3. Provide approval and a pickup date and prepare the carpet for pick up.
4. Mohawk Group's logistics team sends a container to transport the old carpet to our recycling partner.
5. The ReCover teams sends a certificate verifying the amount of carpet that has been recycled.
6. Invoicing is completed via the Mohawk customer account.
